How Your Store Can Promote National Immunization Awareness Month

  • Create signage throughout your store to inform customers about your immunization services, what each immunization protects against, and when customers should receive immunizations:
    • Place signage on windows
    • Place pamphlets or flyers near checkout counters and in waiting area
    • List information on store entrance boards
  • Reward customers who use your immunization services by giving them a coupon with a percentage off their next purchase.
  • Talk to each customer that fills a prescription about immunization services you offer and include a card in their prescription bag with helpful facts, phone numbers and a list of immunizations your store offers.
