Supplier Membership


CDMA services the front end of 5000+ regional and independent pharmacy stores and chains. We help our supplier members gain national distribution and reach a larger audience through marketing support and category management. Becoming a CDMA partner will regularly connect you with our buyers throughout the year.

Exhibit at CDMA’s 92nd Annual Trade Expo, February 20-22, 2018

Choose between a table or a booth and meet buyers face-to-face at our annual Trade Expo that will be held at South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa in Las Vegas, Nevada. You will also enjoy this year’s Woodstock-themed networking events and entertainment. Sponsorship upgrades and Mock Pharmacy product placements are available.  


Centralized Billing

Eliminate the need to set up multiple accounts and credit checks. Here’s how it works:

  • Vendors drop ship directly to our buyers
  • The vendor then bills CDMA
  • CDMA pays the vendor

A 10% administrative fee is charged on all orders.


CDMA Website Inclusion 

Your company and products will be featured on our website. To participate, you must provide:

  1. Company name
  2. High resolution logo
  3. High resolution product images
  4. 160 words or less about your company
  5. Link to your website (optional)
  6. Catalogs and Order Guides in a PDF format (optional)

Introductory Email

Your category manager will send out a dedicated email to our buyers introducing your company and your products. 


Monthly Promotion

You will have the option to be featured on CDMA’s monthly “highlighted vendor” email. Each month you will submit your special or promotion to your category manager. It will be uploaded to our website where our buyers will be directed to place orders. 


Buyer’s Box Sample Mailing

We send out 3 sample mailings annually to our buyers. You may participate by mailing any samples, brochures, catalogs, or flyers. Any materials must be packaged together and sealed if they contain liquids.

Spotlight Magazine

You are entitled to a free article in all standard editions of Spotlight Magazine. There are 2 Standard editions and 1 Trade Expo edition. This publication highlights industry trends, retailer happenings, and market data. You have several options for paid advertisement upgrades. The publication is mailed out to our buyers and shared digitally on our website and by email blast.


Articles must be 300 words or less submitted in a word document or email with a high-resolution logo and image attached.


Ad Specs: Ads must be 8.5in x 11in, no bleed. If you need assistance creating your ad, please send high resolution images, logo, and copy.
